Spicy coconut semolina pudding.

- 4 tbl spoons semolina
- 2 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 4 tsp honey
- 3 pinch cinnamon ground
- 2 pinch five spice
- 1 pinch salt
Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan and mix in the spices, salt and honey.
Gently warm the milk on a low to medium heat gradually stirring in the semolina using a whisk. Stir frequently to prevent lumps and add a small amount of semolina at a time. Continue until the semolina is finished.
If the semolina is finished and the mixture is still liquid increase the heat gradually whilst stirring until the consistency is thick and creamy.
Serve warm with jam or chill in the fridge.
Scrape a vanilla pod in the with the preparation mixture.
Add two extra teaspoons of honey for a sweeter taste.
